Position Summary:
This position is for a highly skilful project and team manager who is specialized in machine design or precision mechanical system design with sound technical management background. The focus of the position will be leading the product development team to achieve the development targets based on Hexagon Metrology product projects. Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

1.         Managing the projects of product development and design. Maintaining milestones and delivering project results that meet requirements and specifications with a high level of quality and customer satisfaction.

2.         Participate in the detailed design and development as a senior machine or mechanical system designer and give technical guidance to the team members.

3.         Managing the organization of product development or machine design, plan and deploy resources.

4.         Quality of product development.

5.         Directly reporting to director of Product and Technology.

6.         Managing Technical documentation and publications of the related products. Review documentation of new features, changes and applications.

Requirements:

1.         BS or higher degree in Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical, Automation, Motion Control or Industrial Engineering.

2.         6+ year experience in machine design or precision mechanical system design.

3.         3+ year project management or department management experience.

4.         Highly qualified skills in CAD software like UG, Catia, Pro-E, Solidworks, Inventor and AutoCAD.

5.         Good knowledge in manufacturing processes of hi accuracy mechanical parts

6.         Good in analytical tools for engineering purposes.

7.         Familiar with Electro-Mechanical solutions for machines and industrial automation.

8.         Excellent project management skills with strong communication skills.

9.         Highly qualified English skills.

10.   Strong analysis, problem-solving skills.
